Mark Kirsche

Executive Director for Central & Western New York

Began financial services career in 1994 working for major insurance companies as a Registered Representative, as well as, sales management.  I have held, Sales Manager, Market Manager and Managing Associate positions with major insurance carriers.

Previous to my financial services career, I was a Project Engineer for General Electric managing the construction of the defense department’s early detection radar installations throughout the country, including Alaska.

The focus of my practice is to position my clients for a long and financially successful retirement.  I review all aspects of their circumstances which have the potential to dramatically impact a comfortable retirement scenario.  Our analysis of a client’s overall portfolio, which is not restricted to investable assets, but incorporates a review of insurances, specifically as it relates to Medicare/health insurance.  This career has been and will continue to be extremely rewarding and fulfilling in guiding many clients  towards a successful retirement strategy.
